Sign in to the back office
Use the link in your invitation email, choose a password and sign in.

Check your store details
Business name, number and address appear on every receipt.

Add products
Products → Import, or add them one by one.

Pair your devices
Store → Devices → Pair a device, then enter the code on the till or kiosk.

Connect payments
Payments: add your payment company's keys and test the connection.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Mibnox cost?
It depends on the number of stores, tills and kiosks and which products you use. Contact us and we will send you a quote.
Which card terminals and payment companies work?
At the counter: integrated KICC terminals, or any standalone terminal confirmed by staff. Online card payment: NicePay, Toss Payments, KG Inicis, NHN KCP and PortOne. Ask us about others.
Do I need a new contract with a payment company?
No. Mibnox uses your existing contract and keys. The money goes from the payment company to you, not through Mibnox.
What if the internet stops?
The till and the kiosk keep selling with cash and integrated terminals, and send the sales when the connection returns. Each sale is recorded exactly once.
Can I bring my products from another system?
Yes. Export them to Excel or CSV and import them in the back office. Korean files saved as EUC-KR work too.
Does the kiosk speak English?
Yes. Customers switch between Korean and English on every screen.
Where is my data stored and can I get it out?
In Mibnox's own systems with encrypted backups. You can ask for a full export of your data at any time.
Do you store my customers' card numbers?
Never. Card details go only to the card terminal or the payment company.
Can several stores share one account?
Yes. A company has as many stores as it needs; each store has its own devices, staff and reports.
