Security and data protection

- Each company's data is kept apart by the database itself, not only by the app
- Card numbers never reach Mibnox. The payment company handles them
- Customer phone numbers are encrypted; staff see them masked
- Passwords hashed with Argon2id; two-factor sign-in for our own team
- Every backup is encrypted, and we practise restoring from it
